The letter To Mankind by Vaslav Nijinksy, a text considered untranslatable from its original pseudo-coherent French, provided the choreographic score for The Fourth Notebook. Fragments of choreography were constructed through seven attempts at the translation of various facets of the visceral text, where words unanchored from their meanings are explored for their relationship to the body.
